Device file or save file &4 in &9 damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device file or save file &4 in library &9 has &8 damage and may not be usable. The VLOG dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Delete the damaged device file or save file (DLTF command) and then create the file again or restore it from the saved media (RSTOBJ command). If it is a save file, load the data again.
-- If the device file is IBM-supplied and is in library QSYS, restore the operating system and select the option to restore only language objects on the Specify Install Options display. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure for restoring the operating system.
