Authority holder &4 damaged and deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Authority holder &4 was damaged and deleted. Verifying authority for object &11 type &10 in library &12 ended because of damaged authority holder &4. The owner of the object is &5. All authorities held by the authority holder have been lost.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use the Grant Object Authority (GRTOBJAUT) command to grant users authority to the object that was associated with the damaged authority holder.
-- Create the authority holder again using the Create Authority Holder (CRTAUTHLR) command. You must have *ALL authority to the associated object and have authority to use the create command.
If you do not know the name of the associated object, use the Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) command to secure all objects that were secured by the damaged authority holder &4 to the system authorization list QRCLAUTL. You must sign on with the security officer profile, or a user profile with *ALLOBJ authority, when using the RCLSTG command to reclaim objects secured by a damaged authority holder. Use the Display Authorization List Objects (DSPAUTLOBJ) command to display all the objects that are secured by QRCLAUTL.
Use the Grant Object Authority (GRTOBJAUT) command to grant authority to the users who had authority to the authority holder when it was deleted.
