Authority holder for &1 in &2 deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Authority holder for &1 in library &2 found damaged and was deleted. All authorities held by the authority holder have been lost.
Recovery . . . : Create the authority holder (CRTAUTHLR command) again, and grant users the authorities they previously held (EDTOBJAUT command).
