&8 damage on authorized user table.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The authorized user table is damaged and may not be usable.
Recovery . . . : Power the system down (PWRDWNSYS command). Install the operating system again and select the option that will not restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display. See the Backup and Recovery Guide, SC41-8079, for the procedure for restoring the operating system again. The system will function correctly, but no new users can sign on, no new profiles can be created, and passwords for existing profiles can not be changed.
