Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The search index &4 is damaged and may no longer be used. The owner of the search index is &6. The VLIC log dump identifier is &7.
Recovery . . . : Delete the search index using the Delete Search Index (DLTSCHIDX) command. Then, create the search index using the Create Search Index (CRTSCHIDX) command; or restore the search index from another version using the Restore Object (RSTOBJ) command; or, if the search index was supplied by IBM, install it again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : VLIC log log-&7.
