Library &1 does not exist or is damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library critical to reclaiming storage is missing or damaged.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the library is QDOC or QSPL, do an initial program load (IPL) of the system.
-- If the library is QRECOVERY, restore the operating system and select the option that will not restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display.
-- If the library is QSYS, restore the operating system and select the option to restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure for restoring the operating system.
-- If an auxiliary storage pool (ASP) group is specified on the ASPDEV parameter and the library is QSYS&2, QSYS2&2, QRCY&2 or QRPL&2, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command, specifying CFGOBJ(&3) and CFGTYPE(*DEV) to vary off and vary on the ASP device &3.
Then run the reclaim storage operation (RCLSTG command) again.
