Commitment definition not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A commitment control operation was requested, however a commitment definition could not be found for the requesting program at the activation-group-level nor at the job-level. A commitment definition must be created before commitment control operations can be requested.
Recovery . . . : Use the STRCMTCTL command to create a commitment definition. Then try your request again.
Specify CMTSCOPE(*JOB) on the STRCMTCTL command if the desired commit scope for the commitment definition should be at the job-level. Otherwise, the default commit scope is at the activation-group-level.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &2. The activation-group number is &3.
