Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to start a secondary cycle for commitment definition &2 that is not valid. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The commitment definition has not been started.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &3. The activation group number is &4.
