Commitment control parameter value is not valid. Reason code &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Commitment control module &1 or internal commitment control macro &2 has detected a run-time value for a parameter which is not valid. This is an internal system error which should never occur. The following is a list of the reason codes and their meanings:
1 -- The parameter value is not recognized as one of the valid values or is not within the range allowed for the particular parameter.
2 -- The parameter value is valid, however the use of the value specified is not currently allowed.
Recovery . . . : Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The parameter name is &4 and its hexadecimal value is &5.
