Uncommitted changes prevent save request.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The save request has been ended because the current job has commitment definitions with pending changes under commitment control.
Recovery . . . : Do the following and then try the save request again:
-- See the previously listed CPD836A messages in the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) to determine which commitment definitions have pending changes.
-- Remove all API resources that do not allow save requests to perform normally from all commitment definitions for this job.
-- Commit or rollback all commitment definitions that have pending changes for resources other than API resources.
