Notify object or default journal &1 not allowed for commitment control.

Cause . . . . . : Notify object or default journal &1 in library &2 is not allowed to be used for commitment control. The reason code is &16. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The notify object must reside in the same ASP group as the commitment definition.
2 -- The default journal must reside in the same ASP group as the commitment definition.
3 -- The commitment definition has been moved to a new ASP group due to a new ASP group being set for the current thread, or due to placing a resource under commitment control that resides in the new ASP group. The prior message in the joblog explains why the notify object can no longer be used.

Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try your request again:
1 -- Specify or create a notify object that resides in the same ASP group as the commitment definition.
2 -- Specify or create a default journal that resides in the same ASP group as the commitment definition.
3 -- No recovery. If you wish to use a notify object in the future, do not change the ASP group or place resources under commitment control that reside in a different ASP group.
