Cause . . . . . : &2 was requested in an improper context. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- When the xa_open API was called in this thread, THDCTL=C was specified in the xa_info parameter.
2 -- When the xa_open API was called in this thread, THDCTL=T was specified or defaulted in the xa_info parameter.
Recovery . . . : The reason codes and their recovery follow:
1 -- When THDCTL=C is specified in the xa_info parameter of the xa_open API, XA transaction branches must be started using the tnStartTxObject procedure rather than the xa_start API.
2 -- When THDCTL=T is specified or defaulted in the xa_info parameter of the xa_open API, XA transaction branches must be started using the xa_start API rather than the tnStartTxObject procedure.
