Cursor not in valid position for conversion function.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You do not have the cursor positioned under a double-byte character, or under a shift-in control character (hex 0F) in an input field.
Recovery . . . : Position the cursor under a double-byte character or under a shift-in control character in an input field. Then press the DBCS conversion F key to start the DBCS conversion function.
