Emulation device &2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Emulation device &2 does not exist.
Recovery . . . : Specify an emulation device that exists for 3270 display emulation (EMLDEV parameter), an emulation controller (EMLCTL parameter), or an emulation location (EMLLOC parameter). The emulation controller in the System/38 environment uses the EMLCTLU parameter instead of the EMLCTL parameter. The System/38 environment commands do not use an emulation location. Create an emulation device description using the Create Binary Synchronous Communications Device (CRTDEVBSC) command or Create Host Device (CRTDEVHOST) command and specifying a value of 3278 on the EMLDEV parameter.
