BSC controller or device not allowed without translation.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In the System/38 environment, either a binary synchronous communications (BSC) controller (EMLCTL parameter) or emulation device &1 was specified on start 3270 display emulation (EML3270 command) with translate data stream (TRNDTASTM parameter) not specified. The BSC emulation requires yes (*YES) to be specified for the TRNDTASTM parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- When using the EML3270 command, specify *YES for the TRNDTASTM parameter.
-- When using the EML3270 command and selecting from the device on a 3270 display station or not translating the data stream, specify a Systems Network Architecture (SNA) emulation controller or device.
-- Use the Start 3270 Display Emulation (STREML3270) command.
