SNADS cannot allocate more queue space.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : SNA Distribution Services (SNADS) detected that a user profile storage limit was exceeded while trying to allocate space needed to store information about a distribution.
Recovery . . . :
1) Use the STRSBS command to start the QSNADS subsystem if it is not already started.
2) Use the WRKDSTQ command (option 2) to start the QSNADS senders to move queued distributions to their destinations.
3) Use the WRKDSTQ command to release held distribution queue entries, or delete any unwanted distribution queue entries.
4) Use the VRYCFG command to vary off the APPC line that distributions are being received on to prevent more distribution queue entries from being received by QSNADS.
