Protected password could not be built.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A protected password for the signed-on user could not be built using the password from the security file. Reason code &1 defines the error detected. The values for the reason code are:
2 - The password was last changed on a release earlier than Version 2 Release 2. The method used for storing user passwords was changed in Version 2 Release 2 and passwords last changed before this release are not valid for use as protected passwords.
713 - User profile not found. It does not exist on the system.
723 - Password *NONE not allowed for protected password.
725 - Incorrect user profile name.
726 - User profile disabled.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error. If the reason code is 2, the correction is to change the password. Then try the request again.
