Cause . . . . . :
This operation requires the requesting process to have previously opened document &2 in folder &1.
If the folder name is *NONE or *INTDOC, then &2 is a system object name. If the folder name is *NONE, then the document is a filed document that is not in a folder. If the folder name is *INTDOC, then the document is not a filed document and is not in a folder.
Recovery . . . : Open the document and then try the request again.
