Internal system objects are damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Internal system objects must be reclaimed before folders or documents can be used or the distribution network can be started.
Recovery . . . : The security officer or system administrator can reclaim the internal system objects (RCLDLO DLO(*INT) command). The internal system objects will be automatically reclaimed when the system is loaded (IPL).
If reclaiming the internal system objects fails to correct the problem, all DLOs must be reclaimed by using the RCLDLO DLO(*DOCDTL) or RCLDLO DLO(*ALL) command. This command could take many hours to complete depending on the number of documents and folders on the system.
If IBM Service will be contacted to investigate this problem, the internal objects should be dumped prior to running the RCLDLO command. Dump the internal objects using the DMPDLO DLO(*INT) command.
