Internal system objects in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to run a command which requires exclusive use of the document library's internal system objects while another user is working with documents or folders, or you are attempting to work with documents or folders while another user is running a command or program which has exclusive use of the internal system objects.
The commands that may require exclusive use of the internal system objects include: RCLDLO (*INT, *DOCDTL or *ALL options), DLTDLO (*ALL option), and RNMDIRE. Jobs using documents and folders include those which run in the QSNADS, QCMN, QTCP, and QSERVER subsystems and jobs running commands such as WRKDOC, WRKFLR, SAVDLO, and RSTDLO.
Recovery . . . : Work with the active jobs (WRKACTJOB command) to determine which job or jobs are conflicting with the operation you are attempting to perform.
If you are attempting to run a command requiring exclusive use of the internal system objects, either cancel any jobs running commands or programs working with documents and folders, or wait until those operations have completed, and then try the request again. Subsystems QSNADS, QCMN, QTCP, and QSERVER may need to be ended. If problem continues, issue end subsystem (ENDSBS *ALL *IMMED command).
If the problem continues after ending all subsystems, the failure may be caused by prior accesses to DLOs that occurred through the Integrated File System interfaces in the current job. This can be corrected by signing off from the current job, signing back on, and ensuring that DLOs are not accessed through the Integrated File System interfaces before submitting the request again.
If you are attempting to work with documents and folders, wait until the operation currently using the internal system objects has completed, and then try the request again.
Another option to determine which jobs are conflicting with the operation is to use the command WRKOBJLCK OBJ(QUSRSYS/QAOKL03A) OBJTYPE(*FILE). The jobs displayed may be causing the conflict. End these jobs and try the request again.
