Folder &1 is logically damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either there are internal errors in the folder or the folder was in use when the system stopped. It must be reclaimed before it can be used.
Recovery . . . : Reclaim the folder (RCLDLO command). If the folder cannot be reclaimed, delete it (DLTDLO command) and restore it (RSTDLO command). Then try the request again.
