Receiver congestion reported by adapter &40 on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Token-ring traffic has increased enough that adapter &40 on line &23 has sent a congestion report to the ring error monitor (REM). The frame is not copied and the data is discarded when the adapter is in a congested condition.
Recovery . . . : No operator action is required.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The token ring continues operating after this message is sent from an adapter in a congested condition to the REM.
