Ring error monitor response to TRLAN manager request not valid, line &23.

Cause . . . . . : The ring error monitor on line &23 sent a response that was not valid to a TRLAN manager request of major vector &29. The response was either a major vector that was not valid or was missing a required subvector.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The major vectors for the functions for TRLAN manager requests are as follows:
X'8101' - Request REM status
X'8103' - Set REM parameters
