PTFs ordered exceed transmission limit.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The PTFs ordered cannot be delivered, because the size of the order exceeds the transmission limit for electronic delivery.
Recovery . . . : Try the command again, and specify *ANY for the delivery mode. The PTF order will be mailed.
