Cause . . . . . : While reading the contact database, the system was not able to find a record.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem in one of following ways and retry the operation: For Q and A, create the Q and A database record (CRTQSTDB command). For contact information related to service support, IBM product information, technical information exchange (TIE) or upgrade order process information data, create the respective record in the contact information database (WRKCNTINF command). If the data is not known, contact the marketing representative.
