Debug recursion is not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : Recursion in the ILE source debugger is not allowed. For example, you cannot be at a breakpoint in a user method which has been called by the debugger and issue an eval command.
Recovery . . . : Do not recursively call the ILE source debugger.
