Starting and ending CRTDATE specified in reverse order.

Cause . . . . . : The ending time and date, must be later than the starting time and date.
Recovery . . . : Specify the time and date values as follows, and then try the request again: CRTDATE((start-time start-date) (end-time end-date)). The correct format of the date (for example YYMMDD, MMDDYY, DDMMYY) can be displayed by using the Display System Value (DSPSYSVAL) command with SYSVAL(QDATFMT). Any specified year that is less than 40 is assumed to be after the year 1999. A starting date of *BEGIN or an ending date of *END are available alternatives.
