User exit program does not permit user &7 to use function &6.

Cause . . . . . : The user exit program &4 in &5 does not permit user &7 to use object &1 in &2 with member &3 with Distributed Data Management (DDM) function &6. For DDM file access, the user exit program can limit the user to certain functions, to certain objects, or to a combination of function and object. For DRDA access, the user exit program can prevent selected user IDs from connecting.
Recovery . . . : Have the target's security officer change the user exit program to allow user &7 to use the object and function needed.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For the DDM function code point, refer to the Distributed database programming topic collection in the Database category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/. The code point for DRDA access is x'2001'.
