Active record already exists in file &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source system passed the Distributed Data Management (DDM) target system a DDM request to insert a record at relative record number &6 in file &1 in &2 with member &3. However, an active record already exists at that record location. Insertion of records is only allowed at inactive record positions.
Recovery . . . : Either change the request to insert the record at the end of the file, or change the relative record number to insert the record at an inactive record location.
