Declare name &4 cannot be used with command &3 for reason &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source system sent a request to access a file or directory through DCLNAM &4 for the Distributed Data Management (DDM) request &3. However, the declare name and function cannot be used with each other. The reason code is &5. The reason codes are as follows: 1) A file was requested when the declare name references a directory; 2) A directory was requested when the declare name references a file.
Recovery . . . : Change the declare name entry so that the command and object agree.
