Cause . . . . . : Problem analysis procedures did not identify the possible cause of the problem. If you were analyzing an existing problem, the initial cause list is saved in the problem log and may be displayed by using the Detail Problem Information option. If you were analyzing a new problem, no results were saved in the problem log. If you are not in problem analysis, use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to look at the problem log.
Recovery . . . : For additional problem analysis or assistance you may place a service call using the Prepare Service Request option on the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command.
