Problem analysis results not recorded in problem log.

Cause . . . . . : Problem analysis results already exist for this problem on the service requestor. These results are more accurate than those obtained with this analysis.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to start problem analysis for this problem again. Either select the option to copy the existing results from the service requester, or run problem analysis to completion.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message is used when a user is running remote analysis and the results are not as accurate as the existing results.
