All work on controller &24 ended because of system error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system detected a software error in the vertical licensed internal code (VLIC) that is not recoverable. All of the work which was in progress on controller description &24 ended. The VLIC produced a VLIC log entry. The VLIC log identifier is &6.
Recovery . . . : To recover, vary controller description &24 off and back on using the Vary Configuration command (VRYCFG). Have the controller attempt to connect to the system again.
This is probably an APAR condition. Start the system service tools (STRSST command) and select the options to save VLIC log &6; collect all spool files related to job &10/&9/&8; start problem analysis using the Analyze Problem command (ANZPRB).
