Device on controller &1 failed to automatically create.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A device description for a device on controller description &1 failed to automatically create. A unique name for the device description could not be found. The system is unable to automatically create the device description.
Recovery . . . : The system was unable to find a name to use to automatically create the device description. The device description must be manually created. The necessary information for manual creation using the Create Device Description (&6) command is: DEVCLS(*RMT), TYPE(&3), MODEL(&4), LOCADR(&5), &10 and CTL(&1). After the device description is created, it must also be manually varied on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command with parameters CFGTYPE(*DEV) and STATUS(*ON).
