Device on controller &1 failed to automatically create.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A device description for a device on controller description &1 failed to automatically create. The Create Device Description (&6) command failed. The system is unable to automatically create the device description.
Recovery . . . :
The system was unable to automatically create the device description. The Create Device Description (&6) command failed. To work with the job, use command WRKJOB JOB(&9/&8/&7) and select the option to display the job log. Find the messages prior to this message in the job log and correct the problem. Then the device description can be automatically created (if the device is powered off and back on) or it can be manually created. The necessary information for manual creation using the Create Device Description (&6) command is: DEVCLS(*RMT), TYPE(&3), MODEL(&4), LOCADR(&5), &10 and CTL(&1). If the device description is manually created, it must also be manually varied on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command with parameters CFGTYPE(*DEV) and STATUS(*ON).
