Program &1 already active in OPM debug environment.

Cause . . . . . : Program &1 in library &2 cannot be added to the ILE debug environment because it is already in the OPM debug environment.
Recovery . . . : If you want this program to be in the ILE debug environment, then it first needs to be removed from the original program model (OPM) debug environment by using the Remove Program (RMVPGM) command. To add an OPM program to the ILE debug environment, verify that OPMSRC(*YES) was specified on the Start Debug (STRDBG) command. To change the OPMSRC value, type in the Change Debug (CHGDBG) command and press F4 to prompt. Change the value of OPMSRC to *YES. Then, you may add an OPM program to the ILE debug environment if the program has appropriate debug data.
