Element &3 of destination array not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value &1 for field &2 in element &3 of the destination array is not valid. The field numbers and corresponding field names are as follows:

1 -- Node list name
2 -- Node list library
3 -- Network ID
4 -- Control point name
The reason code is &4. Reason codes are as follows:

01 -- The field contains characters other than A-Z, 0-9, at symbol, pound sign, or dollar sign. The first character must be an uppercase A-Z, at symbol or dollar sign.
02 -- The special value specified is not supported.
03 -- The field contains characters other than A-Z, 0-9, at symbol, pound sign, dollar sign, underscore or period. The first character must be an uppercase A-Z, at symbol, pound sign or dollar sign.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value, then try the request again.
