Start time not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Reason code is &1. Reason codes are:

01 - Start after date and time is greater than the start before date and time.
02 - Start before date and time have passed.
03 - Value *CURRENT cannot be specified on start before date when *NEXT value is specified on start after date.
04 - Value *CURRENT cannot be specified in start before date if already was specified in start before time.
05 - Value *CURRENT and *NEXT cannot be specified in start before time and date respectively if already were specified in start after time and date.
Recovery . . . : Change the start time parameter to specify a valid parameter value, then try the request again.
