Cause . . . . . : Object &1 in library &2 type *&3 resides on auxiliary storage pool (ASP) device &4, ASP number &5, which could not be accessed.
Recovery . . . : Either use the VRYCFG command to vary on the device or use a different ASP device and try the request again.
