Cause . . . . . : The values passed to QOKDSPX4 were not correct. One of the following conditions was not correct:
-- The function parameter value must be *ADD or *DISPLAY.
-- The format parameter value must be blank.
-- The system name parameter value cannot be the local system name.
Recovery . . . : Correct the values, and then try the request again.
