Not authorized to remove public nickname &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &2 is the owner of public nickname &1. Since you are not the owner of the public nickname or a user with special authority (*SECADM), you cannot remove the public nickname.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Have the owner or someone with *SECADM authority remove the public nickname.
-- Have a system administrator give you *SECADM authority. Then try the request again.
