Cannot rename device &1 at this time.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &1 cannot be renamed at this time either because the status of the device does not allow it or because it is being renamed or deleted by another user. The status of the device must be one of the following before it can be renamed:
-- Unavailable
-- Powered off or not yet available
-- Available to use
-- Stopped (for printers)
-- Sign-on display
Recovery . . . : Ensure the device &1 exists, has the correct status, and is not being renamed by another user. Then try the request again.
