A key-encrypting key context token does not reference a valid key context.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The key-encrypting key context token may refer to an algorithm context.
Recovery . . . : If needed, recreate the key-encrypting key context using the Create Key Context (QC3CRTKX, Qc3CreateKeyContext) API. Correct the value for the key-encrypting key context token and try the request again.
