IBM i User entitlement limit exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The usage limit for IBM i feature &2 has been exceeded. There are currently &3 uses across all partitions. The system operator has been notified.
Recovery . . . : Feature &2 for product &1 is the IBM i User entitlement feature. The usage count for the IBM i User entitlement feature includes the IBM i User feature usage count on all IBM i partitions regardless of their respective version of IBM i. Use the WRKLICINF command and select option 8 (Work with license users) to identify the individual IBM i Users which hold an entitlement on the local partition. If the usage limit is being exceeded due to concurrent IBM i Users, then no additional action needs to be taken. For information pertaining to concurrent IBM i Users, see the current version of the IBM i Information Center. If the usage limit is being exceeded for any other reason, contact your service provider to update the authorized limit and start the appropriate order and billing processes.
