LOCTPL parameter value &3 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the location template (LOCTPL) parameter is not valid. Reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
0001 - One or more characters are not valid. The value specified for LOCTPL must start with an alphabetic character followed by any of these characters: 0-9, A-Z, Ø, Å, Æ, ?.
0002 - The value specified for LOCTPL is a template and the internet address specified for the remote destination (RMTDEST) is for a single host. A subnet mask (SUBNETMASK) value of *HOST or 255.255.255.255 indicates the RMTDEST internet address is for a single host. The LOCTPL value cannot contain any question mark (?) characters when the RMTDEST is for a single host.
0003 - The value specified for LOCTPL does not contain the correct number of question mark (?) characters. The number of question mark (?) characters depends on the RMTDEST and SUBNETMASK parameters:
- If the internet address specified for the RMTDEST is for a network or subnetwork, the LOCTPL value must be an 8 character template containing a minimum number of question mark (?) characters based on the number of host mask bits contained in the SUBNETMASK parameter value. For the SUBNETMASK value &1, the minimum number of question mark (?) characters required is &4. The minimum number of question mark (?) characters is determined by dividing the number of host mask bits in the SUBNETMASK value by 5 and rounding up to the next whole number.
- If the internet address specified for the RMTDEST is for a single host, the SUBNETMASK value must be *HOST or 255.255.255.255 and the LOCTPL value must not contain any question mark (?) characters.
0004 - The value specified for LOCTPL is a template but contains less than 8 characters. A template must contain 8 characters.
Recovery . . . : Correct the value for the LOCTPL parameter, and then try the request again.
