Buffer size parameter error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The values specified for the buffer size &1, increment &2, and maximum value &3 must be positive integer values no greater than the size of the underlying display file I/O buffer size &4. The maximum size must be greater than or equal to the initial buffer size.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
