Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The from position &1,&2 must be less than or equal to the to position &3,&4. Issued when detected and for 5250 negative response code 10050123. If the error is detected due to a negative response code, the from and to position are not available.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
