The file &2 in library &3 is not valid. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to use the specified file. The use is not valid. Examine the following return codes for the reason.
1 - The file is not a display file.
2 - The file does not contain the INVITE keyword.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, based on the reason code shown, and try the request again.
1 - Specify the name of a valid display file in the environment description.
2 - Add the INVITE keyword to the record named USRRCD in the file specified in the environment description. Otherwise, turn off the invite active flag in the low level environment description.
