Error setting synchronization status of profile &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error code &2 was received while trying to set the synchronization status of user profile &1 on network servers. Following are the meanings for the error code:
1 - User profile was not found.
2 - Not authorized to set profile status.
3 - Profile is locked or damaged.
Recovery . . . : An error was encountered while trying to synchronize user profile &1 on one or more network servers. Retry the command to see if the failing condition has been corrected.
