Trap forwarding cannot be started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The *FWD was specified from the Start Trap Manager (STRTRPMGR) CL command. However, because the SNMP Agent or DPI interface is not available, or cannot handle requests, trap forwarding has not been started. The trap manager is otherwise still operational.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the TCP/IP stack is active and SNMP agent is active and configured properly. Then reissue the Start Trap Manager (STRTRPMGR) CL command with the *FWD parameter.
